Winchester Road Stables is a unique two bedroom detached property sleeping up to four guests in double and twin bedrooms. The Stables occupies a secluded location off Winchester Road with easy access to the city centre, Jericho, Summertown, University Parks and Port Meadow. Winchester Road is tucked away in between colleges and private houses and with several shops, restaurants and cafes located just a few minutes walk away along North Parade.

Oxford mainline and Parkway stations have services to London Paddington and Marylebone. Local schools include Dragon, Wychwood, Magdalen, Philip and James. The property has off road parking for up to two vehicles and a secluded private garden area.

The property is accessed along a private driveway leading off Winchester Road. The property comprises of:

-Kitchen with fitted units, dishwasher, washer-dryer, oven with gas hob and fridge-freezer. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with everything you should need.
-Dining area with dining table and chairs.

First floor
-Bedroom one has a super king size bed and furnished with wardrobe and chest of drawers.
-Bedroom two is a twin bedroom with two single beds with wardrobe and chest of drawers.
-Family bathroom with bath, W.C, wash basin and shower.

Outside Area And Garden

There is a small private courtyard walled garden area with outside table and chairs. Well kept garden and overhanging trees.

About The Neighbourhood

Winchester Road Stables is in a secluded location set amongst some of Oxford most splendid larger residential houses. St Hughes College is just around the corner. The nearby North Parade is a bustling little road with a great variety of restaurants and cafes and has a small shop for general provisions.
